Moffat Sheep Dog Society, was started in 2009 by a small group of people, from Moffat and the surrounding area. The objectives of the society is to promote, sheepdog trials, sheepdog sales, basically anything involving the working sheepdog.

Moffat Sheep Dog Society, are to hold an open sheepdog trial on Sunday 19th February 2012 at the Holmes, Moffat, DG10 9QS.
Enter on the field, £5 per dog, those running two dogs to have one run by 1 pm, last booking in time 2 pm for those running one dog.
